四种农业生产经营组织的生产效率差异分析——基于贵州茶叶生产的投入产出数据

摘  要：
以贵州茶叶生产经营为研究对象,运用DEA的Malmquist指数方法,对农业生产经营中普遍存在的4种组织模式(农户家庭、大户、合作社以及企业经营)进行生产效率差异分析。结果显示:企业经营的生产效率最高,大户、合作社经营次之,而农户家庭经营的效率最低;企业的高效来至于技术进步与规模效率,规模的低效是造成农户家庭经营生产效率低效的主要原因,合作社的生产效率略低于大户,说明贵州合作社茶叶生产经营的优势没有显现;动态来看,四种经营组织下的生产效率差异逐渐减少。在此基础上提出一些决策建议。

摘  要：
Taking tea production and management of Guizhou Province as a case,the efficiency of four agricultural organizational modes was analyzed using Malmquist DEA index. The results showed that agricultural enterprise ranked the first in the production efficiency,followed by the large growers and cooperatives,and the worst was investigated from the household management. The enterprise mainly depended on the technical progress and scale efficiency. Conversely,the low efficiency of household was chiefly ascribed to poor scale efficiency. Cooperative was less efficient,suggesting that the advantages of Guizhou tea- cooperative had not yet emerged. Actually,the production efficiency differences were gradually being reduced. Based on above analysis,some suggestions were put forward herein.
