摘 要:
1mg/L NAA、3mg/LBA 或3mg/LKT 都能有效地诱导麝香石竹不定芽的形成,尤以 BA 诱导的不定芽分化频率最高;生长素和细胞分裂素配合,则能进一步提高分化频率。BA 在高频率诱导不定芽形成的同时,对所形成的不定芽伸长生长、鲜干重增长、干重百分率提高及其叶绿素水平增加均有明显的促进作用,而 NAA 和 KT 则不然。此外,当不定芽形成多时,所产生的不定芽可溶性糖含量降低,碳水化合物利用加快。本文对 NAA、BA 和 KT 的合理使用及其作用规律的研究具有重要参考价值。

摘 要:
The effects of NAA,BA and KT on the adventitious bud formation of carna- tion stem explants were studied.1.0mg/L NAA,3.0mg/L KT or 3.0mg/L BA especially could effectively induce the formation of adventitious buds.The combined supply of auxin and cytokinin would lead to much higher adventitious bud frequencies.BA also obviously promoted the increase in length,fresh weight,dry weight,dry weight percent and chloro- phyll level of adventitious buds when giving rise to the formation of numerous adventitous buds,but NAA and KT didn't.When a large number of adventitious buds were formed, they usually contained very little quantity of soluble sugar and utilized carbohydrate rapidly. The results of this paper are useful for the rational usage of NAA,BA and KT and the re- search on their action rule.
