利用植物生长调节剂提高二次嫁接‘凤梨释迦’在广州南部地区坐果率试验初报

摘 要:
二次嫁接‘凤梨释迦’具有抗根腐病的优良特性,但在广州南部地区种植时表现出坐果难的问题。通过试验发现GA_3是二次嫁接‘凤梨释迦’果实发育过程中的关键植物生长调节剂。结果表明配合使用一定浓度的GA_3与2,4-D对微开花进行连续处理,可将二次嫁接‘凤梨释迦’的坐果率提高至44%以上(成熟采收),该结果为二次嫁接‘凤梨释迦’在广州南部地区的进一步推广种植提供了参考。

摘 要:
Second grafted Sugarapple(Annona × atemoya Mabb.) had excellent properties of resistance to root rot disease, but it was difficult to set fruits when planted in southern Guangzhou. The results indicated that GA3 was the key phytohormone to enhance fruit setting rate of second grafted Annona × atemoya plants. By using a certain concentration of GA3 and 2,4-D to spray the blossom flowers, the setting rate of harvested fruits raised to over 44%compared with that of the control group. This study can provide a reference for further cultivation of second grafted Annona × atemoya Mabb. plants in southern Guangzhou.
