河道疏浚底泥添加量对土壤理化性质和大豆苗期生长的影响

摘  要:
采用盆栽试验研究添加不同比例(风干底泥∶风干土壤分别为0∶1、1∶1、1∶2、1∶3)河道疏浚底泥对土壤理化性质和大豆苗期生长的影响,以期为河道疏浚底泥的农业利用提供科学依据。结果表明,与未添加河道疏浚底泥处理(对照)相比,添加河道疏浚底泥显著提高了土壤养分含量,其中有机质含量增加了24.3%~100.9%,碱解氮含量增加了20.4%~67.4%,速效磷含量增加了183.5%~433.1%,速效钾含量增加了252.4%~665.2%;同时也显著提高了重金属Cu、Pb、Zn、Cd含量,且当河道疏浚底泥与土壤以1∶1混合时,土壤全Cd含量超过土壤环境质量标准二级标准限值。添加河道疏浚底泥总体上显著提高大豆苗期的株高、地上部生物量、叶绿素含量及地上部分C、N、P含量,且上述指标随河道疏浚底泥施用量的增加先增加后降低,当河道疏浚底泥与土壤添加比例为1∶2时最高,此时株高增加2 cm,地上部生物量增加60.6%,叶绿素a和叶绿素b含量分别增加60%和50.9%,地上部分植株C、N、P含量分别增加22.4%、9.0%、5.0%;当河道疏浚底泥与土壤添加比例增加到1∶1时,上述指标下降,且大豆地上部生物量反而略低于对照。综上,添加河道疏浚底泥能促进大豆生长,但添加比例以1∶2为宜,不宜超过1∶1,以避免重金属大量输入可能引起的土壤污染及对植物生长的胁迫。

A pot experiment was conducted to study the effect of different proportions( 0 ∶ 1,1 ∶ 1,1 ∶ 2,1∶ 3) of dredged river sediment on soil physico-chemical properties and growth of soybean seedlings,so as to provide the basis for agricultural utilization of the dredged river sediment. The results showed that compared with the treatment without dredged river sediment( CK),the addition of dredged river sediment had significantly increased the content of soil nutrients. The organic matter content increased by 24. 3% —100. 9%,the alkali solution N content increased by 20. 4% —67. 4%,available P content increased by183. 5% —433. 1%,and available K content increased by 252. 4% —665. 2%,and concentration of soil heavy metals such as Cu,Pb,Zn and Cd were also increased. When the mix proportion of dredged river sedimentand soil reached 1∶ 1,soil Cd content had been more than the secondary standard of environmental quality standards for soils. The addition of dredged river sediment had significantly increased the height,biomass,chlorophyll content in the leaf,content of C,N and P in the above-ground part of soybean seedlings,and these indicators were increased at first and then gradually decreased with the increase of dredged river sediment,reached the highest values when the mix proportion of dredged river sediment and soil was 1∶ 2,compared with CK the average height of soybean seedlings had significantly increased by 2 cm,the biomass significantly increased by 60. 6%,chlorophyll a and b significantly increased by 60% and50. 9% respectively,concentration of C,N and P in the above-ground part significantly increased by22. 4%,9. 0% and 5. 0% respectively. When the mix proportion of dredged river sediment and soil reached 1∶ 1,the above indicators started to decrease,the biomass of soybean seedlings was less than the CK. Therefore,the dredged river sediment could improve the growth of soybean,but the additive proportion should better be 1∶ 2,and not exceed 1∶ 1,so as to avoid soil pollution caused by heavy-metal input and its stress on plant growth.
