24%螺螨酯悬浮剂配方研究与开发

摘  要:
采用单因素优选法结合正交试验得到24%螺螨酯悬浮剂的最优配方,并使用立式砂磨机对悬浮剂加工工艺进行了研究。在最佳加工工艺条件下,得到的悬浮剂中位径为1.08μm,悬浮率为95%,冷、热贮稳定性合格,且分解率为1.8%,满足悬浮剂各项指标要求。制得的24%螺螨酯悬浮剂对山楂叶螨的LC50值为110 mg/L,毒力较高。

摘  要:
Optimum formula of spirodiclofen 24% SC was obtained by single factor optimizing method and orthogonal test, then the processing technology of SC was studied using vertical sand mill. The median diameter of spirodiclofen 24% SC was 1.08 μm, the suspension rate was 95%, the decomposition rate after thermal storage was 1.8%, and other indicators met the requirements of SC. The results of indoor bioassays showed that the LC50 value was 110 mg/L.
