摘  要:
氮掺杂多孔碳具有良好的生物相容性,聚邻苯二胺具有丰富的氨基以及亚氨基,能提高电化学免疫传感器的性能。本文构建了一种具有较高选择性和稳定性以及灵敏性的无标记型电化学免疫传感器用于检测甲胎蛋白(AFP)。基于氮参杂多孔碳/聚邻苯二胺修饰电极表面,采用循环伏安(CV)及交流阻抗法(EIS)研究了修饰电极表面的电化学特性。在优化的条件下,该电化学免疫传感器的相应电流与AFP的浓度在0.005-100 ng/mL范围内呈现良好的线性关系,检测限为0.0006 ng/mL。新型电化学免疫传感器可为临床应用提供潜在的应用。

摘  要:
In this study, we constructed a label-free electrochemical immunosensor for highly selective detection, stability and sensitive detection of alpha-fetoprotein(AFP) based on PoPD and N-doped porous carbon. The electrochemical characteristics with the modified electrode surface were studied by cyclic voltammetry(CV) and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy(EIS)measurements. The using of N-doped porous carbon greatly enhanced the biology catalytic activity due to its large specific surface and excellent biocompatibility. PoPD has large amino which can improved its ability to fixed anti-AFP. Under the optimized conditions, the results show that the immunosensor have excellent electrochemical properties with a wide concentration range from 0.005 to 100 ng/mL and a detection limit of 0.0006 ng/mL. The new type of electrochemical immunosensor may provide potential applications for the clinic application.
