摘 要：
通过对相关数据资料的查阅整理和实地调研分析,概括了桐庐县县域经济的发展现状,阐述了农业经济调整中的发展经验、有效措施和手段,分析了目前农业发展中面临的困难和瓶颈问题,提出了通过加强种养品种、产品品质调整以明确改革方向,推动并创新农技推广方式,发挥多方主体的作用以增强改革动力,完善金融、保险和社会资本准入标准以优化发展环境等对策建议,以期更有效、更实际地推进桐庐农业经济抓住发展机遇,实现农业现代化转型和可持续发展。

摘 要：
Through consulting the related data and conducting field investigation and analysis,the author summarized the current situation of county-level economic development in Tonglu county,expounded the developmental experiences,effective measures and means in the adjustment of agricultural economy,analyzed the difficulties and bottleneck problems in the development of agriculture at present,and put forward the following countermeasures and suggestions: making clear the reform direction by strengthening the adjustment of planted( reared) varieties and product quality; enhancing the reform motivation through promoting and innovating agricultural technology extension mode to play the role of multiple subjects; optimizing the developmental environment by improving the financial,insurance and social capital access standards. The aim of this paper was to more effectively and more practically promote the development of agricultural economy in Tonglu,and to realize the transformation of agricultural modernization and the sustainable development of agriculture.
