摘 要：
[方法]甘蓝中的2,5-二苯乙炔基噻吩以乙腈为提取溶剂,采用超声波辅助提取,经净化用高效液相色谱(HPLC)分析甘蓝中残留的2,5-二苯乙炔基噻吩。[结果]研究表明甘蓝中2,5-二苯乙炔基噻吩的添加回收率为83.04%~89.71%,变异系数为1.56%~3.43%,最低检测质量分数0.01μg/g。[结论]该方法检测2,5-二苯乙炔基噻吩,具有检测简便、快速、准确等优点,且重现性、稳定性、分离效果均能满足分析要求,是一种较为理想的分析方法。

摘 要：
[Methods] The 2,5-diphenylethynylthiophene in the cabbage was extracted with acetonitrile as extraction solvent by the ultrasonic-assisted extraction,purified and analyzed by high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC).[Results] The results indicated that average recovery of 2,5-diphenylethynylthiophene in the cabbage was 83.04-89.71%,coefficient variance was 1.56-3.43% and the lowest detection concentration was 0.01 μg/g.[Conclusions] The method is simple,rapid,accurate and the repeatability,stability,separation can meet to the analysis requirement,which is ideal analysis method.
