动物甲状腺肿的发生与氟中毒的相关性(英文)

摘  要:
氟中毒和甲状腺肿是世界范围内的两种严重的地方性疾病。研究表明,人和动物甲状腺肿大的发生与氟中毒有显著的相关性。氟化物是诱发甲状腺肿大的因素之一,在世界上某些地区这两种疾病经常重叠发生。本文综述了环境中氟过量与甲状腺肿的关系以及甲状腺肿发生的机理研究进展,以期为氟化物的毒理学,甲状腺肿的病因学以及甲状腺肿的防治提供有意义的参考。

摘  要:
Fluorosis and goiter are serious endemic diseases worldwide.Findings have shown that fluorosis is significantly and positively correlated with goiter between human beings and domestic animals.Previous studies indicated that fluoride was to be one of the pathogenic factors of goiter and the diseases usually overlap in the same geographic areas.In the present paper,some mechanisms of goiter associated with high levels of fluoride in the environment are summarized.Clarifying the relationship between the two diseases may provide valuable references for fluorosis and the etiology of goiter,as well as prevention and treatment of goiter.
