摘 要:
国内外都开展了用对称二溴四氯乙烷(DB)作为水果防腐剂可能性的研究工作,并取得了一些进展。但水果中溴的残留量是人们普遍关心的问题,由于 DB 挥发性强,残留量低,采用一般化学分析方法制样和测量都有一定困难。本文提出一种用仪器中子活化分析测量溴残留量的方法。该法速度快,灵敏度高。样品不经化学处理,减少了试剂及环境污染可能引进的沾污。但整个分析测量过程中需要控制温度,以防止溴的挥发损失。

Many research projects as concerns the possibility of using sym-dibromo- tetrachloroethane (DB)as fungicide of citrus have been developed at home and abroad,and some progress has been made.But the residual amount of bromine in citrus is a matter of common concern.Due to high volatility and low residual amount of DB,there are certain difficulties existing in sample preparation and determination by ordinary chemical analytical methods. This paper describes a method for the determination of residual amount of bromine by instrumental neutron activation analysis.The method is rapid and sensitive,and the samples do not need chemical treatment,so that the possible contamination deriving from the reagents and environmental pol- lution is minimized.The temperature should be controlled during the whole operation in order to avoid the volatile loss of bromine.
