连云港台北盐场嗜盐古菌多样性研究

摘  要:
为了保护和开发微生物资源,从连云港台北盐场采集卤水,通过分离筛选获得5株嗜盐古菌,编号分别为23、25、40、174和178,均为革兰氏阴性,杆状。用嗜盐古菌16SrRNA基因通用引物进行16srRNA基因扩增,克隆后测序,对测序结果进行系统发育学分析研究并构建系统发育树。结果表明:嗜盐古菌菌株23、40、174和178属于盐红杆菌属(Halorubrum),25属于盐盒菌属(Haloarcula)。

摘  要:
For the protection and development of microbial resources,five halophilic archaea strains numbered23,25,40,174and 178which are Gram-negative and rod-shaped were isolated from Taibei saltern of Lianyungang.16SrRNA genes were obtained by PCR with archaea universal primers of 16SrRNA gene.After cloning and sequencing,compared the nucleotide sequences with closely species were phylogenetic analyzed and phylagenetic trees were constructed.The results showed that halophilic archaea strains 23,40,174and 178belonged to genus Halorubrum,and strain 25belonged to genus Haloarcula.
