Mycoparasitism of some isolates of Gliocladium spp.with the sclerotia of Sclerotinia sclerotiorum were studied. Results indicated that the isolates showed strong parasite ability with the sclerotia and the average of parasite rate were above 85%.Among them, the parasite rate of HL-1-1 strain was 100% and those of SH-1-1,SYP-1-3 and SS-1-1 followed.Mycoparasitism with the Gliocladium spp.isolates tested led the sclerotia issue soft and rot at the end. Some cell wall degrading enzymes including the proteinase, chitinase, glucanase and cellulase were induced. The higher the parasite ability is,the stronger the activity of the former three enzymes are.It showed that the proteinase, chitinase and glucanase played an important role during the mycoparasitism process.
