摘  要:
【目的】分析二郎山山地鸡产蛋性能的选育效果。【方法】通过测定该群体两品系、两世代的多种产蛋性状,对其产蛋性状进行多重比较和相关性分析。【结果】结果表明:二郎山山地鸡的大部分产蛋性状在世代间和品系间差异显著(P<0.05);开产日龄和开产蛋重呈极显著的正相关(P<0.01),与开产体重、300日龄产蛋量呈极显著的负相关(P<0.01);开产体重与300日龄产蛋量呈显著正相关(P<0.05);开产蛋重和300日龄产蛋量呈极显著的负相关(P<0.01)。【结论】二郎山山地鸡经过两个世代的选育,其产蛋性能的提高效果比较明显,为二郎山山地鸡的后续选育提供了参考资料。

摘  要:
【Objective】 In order to analyze the breeding effect of laying performances between two generations of Erlang mountainous chickens.【Method】 The determination of several laying traits,comparison of laying performance and correlation analysis among laying traits were carried out.【Results】 The results showed that there were significantly differences between the strains of two generations of laying performances(P<0.05);the age at first egg(AFE) was significantly positive correlated with egg weight at first egg(EWFE)(P<0.01),but negatively correlated with body weight at first egg(BWFE) and egg numbers at 300 d old(EN300)(P<0.01);BWFE was positively correlated with EN300(P<0.05);there was significantly negative relation between EWFE and EN300(P<0.01).【Conclusion】 The effect of breeding between two generations of Erlang mountainous chickens was significant,and the study provided basic information for further breeding in Erlang mountainous chickens.
