叶菜类蔬菜保鲜技术研究进展

摘  要:
分析了影响叶菜采后贮藏品质的水分、碳水化合物等内在因素,以及温度、湿度、气体成分等外部环境因素。根据这些因素,介绍了近年来发展起来的低温贮藏、保鲜剂贮藏、冰温保鲜技术、气调保鲜与气调包装技术、减压贮藏技术、辐射保鲜技术、高压静电场保鲜技术等几种常见有效的叶菜贮藏保鲜技术。

摘  要:
Several main internal and external factors(moisture,carbohydrate,temperature,humidity and gas composition),which will affect the storage quality of leafy vegetables after harvest,were analyzed in this paper.According to these factors,several common and valid preservation technologies for leafy vegetables in recent years were reviewed,such as low temperature storage,preservative storage,ice temperature storage,controlled atmosphere storage and packaging,decompression storage,radiation preservation and high voltage electrostatic field storage,etc..
