零价铁驯化污泥对餐厨垃圾厌氧消化产甲烷的影响

摘  要:
以餐厨垃圾为基质,在中温(37±1)℃条件下进行单相厌氧发酵。污泥驯化过程中以半连续和间歇两种方式投加餐厨垃圾和零价铁混合物(零价铁投加量为餐厨垃圾的0.1%),考察不同驯化方式下的零价铁对餐厨垃圾厌氧消化产甲烷潜能的影响。结果表明,用2.5 g/(L·d)餐厨垃圾+2.5 mg/(L·d)零价铁驯化后的厌氧污泥在2.5 g/(L·d)餐厨垃圾的半连续培养过程中,反应器平均日产甲烷率较对照组提高了17.74%;而以间歇方式培养时,即在用50 g/L餐厨垃圾+50 mg/L零价铁驯化后的厌氧污泥中一次性投加50 g/L餐厨垃圾,其平均日产甲烷率较对照组降低了9.97%。因此,在半连续式驯化方式下,零价铁更有利于提升餐厨垃圾单相厌氧消化的稳定性和产气率。

摘  要:
A single-phase anaerobic digestion fed with kitchen wastes was run under medium temperature(37±1) ℃. A mixture of kitchen wastes and zero-valent iron(zero-valent iron dosage was 0.1% of the kitchen wastes) was added by two different ways,semi-continuous way and batch way,in the process of the sludge domestication. The influence of different acclimatization ways of zero-valent iron on methane potential output from kitchen wastes by anaerobic digestion was investigated.The experimental results showed that average daily production rate of methane increased by 17.74% than control when loading2.5 g /(L·d) kitchen wastes with anaerobic sludge which was domesticated by 2.5 g /(L·d) kitchen wastes and 2.5 mg /(L·d)zero-valent iron in semi-continuous way. But in batch way, namely loading 50 g / L kitchen wastes with anaerobic sludge which was domesticated by 50 g / L kitchen wastes and 50 mg / L zero-valent iron,average daily production rate of methane decreased by 9.97% than control. Therefore, in semi-continuous domesticated way,zero-valent iron is more advantageous to improve the stability of single-phase anaerobic digestion and the conversion rate of kitchen wastes into methane.
