通用智能灌溉施肥机控制器研发

摘  要:
在国家"十二五"规划、中央一号文件政策支持下水肥一体化已成为发展现代农业的核心,发展前景广阔。国内已有相关设备大都为简单混肥设备,缺少监测管理、自动化程度低,配备先进灌溉施肥设备的结构多样、技术门槛高、稳定性难以保证。针对以上问题,在研究已有水肥一体化结构的基础上提出通用灌溉施肥结构和可配置智能控制器,其中控制器以LPC2387芯片为核心,利用传感器技术、自动控制技术、信息采集与处理技术,在μC/OS-II操作系统上开发通用嵌入式可编程软件,实现灌溉施肥从传统模式到智能模式相互切换,设备模块化管理、逻辑化关联快速搭建系统,良好图形的触摸界面,信息直观呈现,介绍了单路模式的快速构建方案。该控制器采用通用模式快速构建可应对各种系统设备升级改造,规模扩建、实现优化配置、可靠监测、自动调控,精量管理。

摘  要:
Under the policy support of the national Twelfth Five-year Plan and NO.1Document of the Central Government,the integration of water and fertilizer has become the core of developing modern agriculture and has a good development prospect.Most of the existing domestic related equipments are simple and lack of monitoring and management,and the automation degree is low.The advanced fertigation equipments have various structure and high technical threshold,so it is difficult to guarantee the stability.Aiming at the above problem,on the basis of the research on the structure of the existing fertigation equipments,this paper puts forward the general structure of the fertigation equipments and designs a configurable intelligent controller.The controller takes the LPC2387 chip as the core,uses the sensor technology,the automatic control technology,and the information acquisition and processing technology,develops an embedded programmable software in theμC/OS-II operating system,can realize the transformation of fertigation from traditional mode to intelligent mode,the modular management of equipment,the logical associated system,the graphic touch interface,and the intuitive information present.This paper also introduces a quick build plan for single-way mode.The controller adopts the general pattern and can deal with the problems of all kinds of system equipment upgrading,the scale expansion,the optimization configuration,the reliable monitoring,the automatic control,and the precise management.
