Analysis of Medication Laws for Traditional Chinese Veterinary Medicine in Treatment Bulls Reproductive Disorders

To explore the principles and rules of the prescription of Chinese and veterinary medicine for the treatment of bulls with reproductive disorders,and to provide reference for the scientific research and clinical practice of Chinese and veterinary medicine for the treatment of bulls with reproductive disorders.Traditional Chinese veterinary medicine prescriptions for bulls with reproductive disorders were collected from China veterinary pharmacopoeia,Chinese veterinary medicine professional books and relevant literature reports in China knowledge network database.Excel 2010 software was used to input prescription information and establish relevant prescription database.The usage frequency,classification,meridians and distribution in different syndromes were counted.The established database of related prescriptions was imported into SPSS21.0 to determine the association rules between prescription drug pairs and each syndrome type,and the core drug pairs and prescription rules of each syndrome type were obtained.Results shows that the 98 prescriptions were analyzed and found that there were 3 types of TCM veterinary prescriptions for bulls with reproductive disorders,including 68 prescriptions for kidney-yang deficiency,23 prescriptions for kidney-yin deficiency and 7 prescriptions for yin-yang deficiency.There were 101 kinds of traditional Chinese medicines,39 of which were more than 8.The top 6 Chinese medicines with the highest frequency were Radix Rehmanniae Prepapata,Semen Cuscutae,Herba EpimedII,Poria Cocos,Fructus LycIIr and Glycyrrhiza Uralensis Fisch.Among the 98 prescriptions,there were 19 pairs of core drugs,and the drug pair with the highest occurrence frequency was Chinese wolfberry Fructus LycII-Semen Cuscutae,which appeared 29 times in total.In clinical practice,the syndrome of kidney-yang deficiency and kidney-yin deficiency is the most common type of bull reproductive disorder,and the efficacy is dominated by tonifying the kidney-liver Yang,producing lean marrow,and pepping up the body and fixing the root.Drugs from the main into the kidney,liver meridian.The core drug pairs used for different syndromes are also different,and the core prescription can be composed according to these drug pairs in clinical treatment,providing ideas and clues for the research and development of new prescriptions for Chinese veterinary drugs.
