农业科技工作数据汇交系统建设

摘  要:
农业基础性长期性科技工作(以下简称"农业科技工作")在全国部署了456个实验站,对农作物种质资源、土壤质量等10个学科近6 000个指标进行监测。这些数据的汇交和持久存储是农业科技工作的首要目标。目前以文件或数据集的汇交方式在农业科技工作网络中难以控制监测指标的数据质量。针对以上问题,研究建立了农业科技工作数据汇交系统,与传统方法相比该系统具有3方面的优势:①领域数据中心管理员可自主配置任务表单,并生成数据填报界面,具有高度的灵活性和可扩展性;②填报人在线填报数据,正式提交时系统对数据进行格式、阈值等方面的验证,提交的数据依次通过领域专家和数据专家两级审核才能正式入库。该机制从多方面保证了数据质量。③数据以结构化的方式存储在Oracle数据库中,可支持农业领域研究的跨学科分析。

摘  要:
The basic long-term technological project of agriculture(BLTPA) was organized and implemented by the ministry of agriculture and rural affairs. 456 experimental stations have been deployed across the country for monitoring nearly 6,000 indexes in 10 subjects. Collecting and preserving of these data is the primary goal of BLTPA. The current collecting method in the form of datasets and documents is difficult to control data quality. In order to solve the problem,the data collection system for ABLTP was established. Compared with the traditional method,this system has three advantages:(1) The domain administrator can configure the task form and the corresponding data filling interface is automatically generated,which is highly flexible and extensible.(2) The submitter can fill in data online. The submitted data is firstly verified in terms of format,threshold,etc.,and then it can be formally saved in a database after the audit of domain experts and data experts. This mechanism can guarantee data quality.(3) Data are stored in Oracle databases in a structure way,which can support interdisciplinary analysis of agricultural research.
