摘  要:
系统地介绍了分子标记技术(RFLP、RAPD、AFLP、SSRI、SSR)的原理、特点及其在牧草种质资源的遗传连锁图谱的构建和基因定位、遗传多样性与亲缘关系分析、品种鉴定与纯度分析以及加速和优化育种进程等方面研究的应用,对我国草地发展、环境生态建设等方面具有十分重要的意义,并对今后在牧草种质资源研究中应用分子标记提出展望。

摘  要:
The mechanism and characters of DNA molecular marker technologies(RFLP,RAPD,AFLP,SSR,ISSR)were systematically introduced.The application of DNA molecular marker technologies in forage germplasm resources,including the construction of genetic linkage map and gene map,analysis of genetic diversity and relationships,variety identification and purity analysis,accelerate and optimize the breeding process,were rewiewed.The future utilization was discussed as well.
