盛果期油茶配置栽培与熊蜂授粉效应研究

摘  要:
本文调查了油茶赣无与长林品系及其不同品系配置模式下熊蜂授粉及自然条件下油茶的座果率与果实经济性状。结果表明:熊蜂授粉对油茶不同品种的座果率等性状差异较大,其中赣无2和赣石84-8号的座果率和产量显著高于赣兴48、赣8与赣70;熊蜂能有效提高油茶赣无2、赣石84-8、赣8、赣70、长林4号、长林55的授粉效率和座果率,增加单果重及产量,平均座果率、保果率、单果重及株产量比对照分别提高28.98%、14.87%、20.83%、2.92%;不同配置模式中单一品系的座果率、保果率、单果重及株产量低于多品系配置栽培模式,其中最佳栽培模式为赣无2与赣8的,其平均座果率、保果率、单果重及株产量比单一品系分别提高33.70%、105.79%、145.02%、388.89%。因此,油茶合理配置栽培下应用熊蜂授粉,可以明显提高油茶座果率、保果率、单果重和产量。

摘  要:
The fruit setting rate and economic characteristics of Camellia oleifera in Ganwu and Changlin strains and their different strain configurations under Bumblebee pollination and natural conditions were investigated. The results showed that Bumblebee pollination had great differences in fruit setting rate and other characteristics of different varieties of C. oleifera, among which the fruit setting rate and yield of Ganwu 2 and Ganshi 84-8 were significantly higher than Ganxing 48, Gan 8 and Gan 70;Bumblebee pollination could effectively improve the pollination efficiency and yield of Ganwu 2, Ganshi 84-8, Gan 8, Gan 70,Changlin 4 and Changlin 55 of C. oleifera. The average fruit setting rate, fruit preservation rate, fruit weight and plant yield increased by 28.98%,14.87%,20.83% and 2.92% respectively, compared with the control. The fruit setting rate, fruit preservation rate, fruit weight and plant yield of single strain in different allocation modes were lower than those of multi-strain allocation cultivation modes, among which Ganwu 2, and Gan 8 modes was the highest. The average fruit setting rate, fruit preservation rate,single fruit weight and plant yield were33.70%、105.79%、145.02% and 388.89% higher than those of single strain, respectively.Therefore, reasonable allocation and cultivation of C. oleifera and application of Bumblebee pollination can significantly improve the fruit setting rate, fruit preservation rate, single weight and yield of C. oleifera.
