沙柳沙障腐蚀过程中微生物的作用

摘  要:
在试验地采集不同铺设年限的沙柳沙障样本,带回实验室测定其细菌、放线菌、真菌、纤维素分解菌的数量。以抗折强度损失率作为衡量沙柳沙障的腐蚀程度评价指标,分析不同垂直位置4种微生物数量的分布特征,及其与沙柳沙障腐蚀的相关关系。结果表明,随着铺设沙障年限的增长,沙柳沙障腐蚀程度增加4,种微生物均表现出数量增多的趋势;数量由地下到地上均呈现出"高低高"的趋势,且最低点出现在地面附近,沙障地下部分数量高于地上部分;相关分析结果表明4,种微生物的数量与沙柳沙障的腐蚀程度均呈现出显著正相关关系,其中,与纤维素分解菌相关关系最大。

摘  要:
Loss rate of flexural strength was treated as the index to measure the corrosion of Salix psammophila checkerboard,the numbers of bacteria,fungi,actinomycete,cellulose decomposition microbe of rotting Salix psammophila checkerboard were determined,analyzed the distribution of different vertical space position of four kinds of microbes,and the correlation with the corrosion of Salix psammophila checkerboard.Result showed that,the correlation degree increased with laid age,and the numbers of four kinds of microbes showed the trend of increasing;Number from underground to the overground both showed the trend of "high-low-high",and the nadir appeared in the ground nearby,the number rising trend of underground part was higher than the overground part;Correlation analysis results showed that the numbers of four microbes and the Salix psammophila checkerboard corrosion degree showed significant positive correlation,the largest is cellulose decomposition microbes.
