摘  要：
在社会分工日趋精细和专业的时代,图书馆管理理念、发展目标和服务手段均发生了很大的变化,通过案例研究,论述了在实施"一站式"开放管理模式下高校图书馆进行的物业外包实践,探索如何提升外包管理水平的机制问题,预测了未来图书馆物业外包管理的发展趋势,以期能为我国高校图书馆的物业外包管理提供相应的借鉴之处。

摘  要：
With the increasingly fine division of labor in society and professional era,these are great changes have been happened on the library management philosophy,development goals and service,Property outsourcing practice are discussed on the implementation of "one-stop" open management of university libraries through practical cases,the paper explore enhance level of outsourcing management mechanism and predict library development trend of outsourcing management in future and provide library of colleges and universities with the corresponding reference on outsourcing property management in China.
