矮壮素对平菇菌丝体抗逆生长的影响研究

摘  要:
在PDA培养基中加入一定量的矮壮素,研究矮壮素对平菇菌丝体生长过程中的抗碱性和抗冷性的影响。结果表明,矮壮素能增强平菇菌丝体生长过程中的抗碱性和抗冷性,最适宜浓度均为100mg/L。进一步研究表明,矮壮素能增加平菇菌丝体内脯氨酸和可溶性糖的含量,从而增强菌丝体对碱和冷的适应性。

摘  要:
To study the impacts of chlormequat chloride (CCC) on the alkaline resistance and cold resistance during the growing process of Pleurotus ostreatus mycelium, different concentrations of CCC were added to the PDA medium. The results showed that CCC could enhance the alkali resistance and the cold resistance during the growing process of Pleurotus ostreatus mycelium, and the best concentration of CCC was 100 mg/L. Further research showed that the CCC also could increase the contents of proline and soluble sugar in Pleurotus ostreatus mycelium to improve the alkali resistance and the cold resistance of mycelium.
