柑桔根腐病症状及病原研究

摘 要：
柑桔根腐病症状主要表现为黄叶、落叶、树势衰弱及根系坏死、腐烂。对病株根系进行组织分离,92.8%的根系样本可分离到一种镰刀菌,(Fusarium SP)。将这种镰刀菌纯化后,接种于柑桔幼苗根系,可引起与田间病株相同的症状。从接种发病的幼苗根部再分离得到相同的纯培养物。单孢分离的培养物经鉴定,确认它属镰刀菌属(Fusarium)的茄病镰刀菌[Fusarium solani(Mart)Sacc].

摘 要：
The citrus root rot disease causes leaf yellow,fallen,growth weak and root rot of citrus plants.A kind of Fusarium was obtained from 92.8% of the diseased root sample through senarating the organism of the diseased root.After the purified Fusarium was inoculated to the roots of normal citrus seedlings,the appeared the same symptom.Separated and purified again,they pathogen was proved to be Fusarium solani (Mart) Sacc.
