摘 要：
Enzyme engineering is an important curriculum in biology engineering and biology technology speciality of universities.Combining with the teaching practice of curriculum,some experiences in the teaching process of enzyme engineering were summarized,so as to enhance the teaching quality of enzyme engineering and realize the objective of cultivating the comprehensive abilities of students.
