基于ARM嵌入式的免耕播种机盘刀轴承故障诊断

摘  要:
圆盘破茬刀是免耕播种机的重要部件,其性能好坏直接决定播种机的作业效率,而其轴承是最易出现问题的部件,对其检修也比较麻烦。为此,提出了一种嵌入式的圆盘破茬刀的轴承实时故障诊断方法,以ARM的S3C2440为核心微处理器,外扩了以太网通信模块和数据采集模块等,采用Linux系统开发操作界面和驱动程序,使系统使用更加方便。最后,对该方法的可行性进行了验证,分别测试了有故障和无故障轴承的时域和频域特性。实验结果表明:该方法可以成功地实现振动音频信号的采集、存储、处理和初步的诊断功能,最终达到在线实时监测和故障诊断的目标,为免耕播种机的故障诊断及设计优化提供了重要的参考。

摘  要:
The disc cutting knife is an important part of no tillage seeding machine,whose performance directly determines the operating efficiency of the seeding machine,and whose bearing is the most easy to have the problem of parts,and its maintenance is also more trouble. Accordingly,it proposed an embedded disc broken stubble cutter bearing real-time fault diagnosis method,to arm S3C2440 as the core microprocessor,the expansion of the Ethernet communication module and data acquisition module,the Linux system development operation interface and driver,to make the system more convenient to use. Finally the feasibility of the method was validated by test failure and no bearing fault in time domain and frequency domain characteristics. According to the experimental results,the method can successfully realize the audio frequency vibration signal collection,storage,processing and preliminary diagnosis function,and ultimately achieve on line monitoring and fault diagnosis of the target,which provides important reference data for no tillage sowing machine fault diagnosis and design optimization.
