摘  要：
In order to work out "the Twelfth Five-year's Plan of the Development of Agriculture and Rural Economy of Chongqing" better,the investigation of rural poll in the period of 'the twelfth five-year plan' was carried out,farmers' altitude,opinion,advices on agricultural policies,agricultural sciences and technology,agricultural investment,construction of Chinese New Countryside,social security were analyzed,the corresponding countermeasures were put forward.
