民国时期云南农业推广研究

摘  要：
农业是人类的衣食之源,生存之本,文明之基。农业在国民经济中的基础性作用和地位无论何时、何地都无法改变。高水平农业也是带动区域经济发展的强劲引擎,农业的发展,有3个基本要素,即农业教育、农业研究、农业推广,三者相辅相成,相互促进。加快发展农业,离不开农业推广。民国时期,云南大力实施农业推广政策,建立了农业推广机构与法规体系,使全省农业由传统分散型走向由政府进行积极推广与改进的发展道路,农业教育与农业研究在这一时期也取得突破,标志着全省开始进入了现代农业推广的初创和持续发展时期,在云南省数千年农业发展史上,具有里程碑式的地位和作用。特别是对美烟品种的引进及推广种植,发展漆树、核桃、三七等产业,至今仍产生重要而深远的影响。

摘  要：
Agriculture is the source of human food and clothing,the base of the survival of our civilization.The fundamental role of agriculture in the national economy and status whenever and wherever,can not be changed.The high level of agriculture is also driven by a powerful engine for regional economic development,agricultural development,there are three basic elements,namely,agricultural education,agricultural research,agricultural extension,three complementary and promote each other.Accelerate the development of agriculture,can not be separated from agricultural extension.Republic of China,Yunnan vigorously implement the policy on the promotion of agriculture,agricultural extension agencies and the legal system,to actively promote the development and improvement of road by the traditional trend of decentralized government of the province agriculture,agricultural education and agricultural research breakthrough during this period,marks the province began to enter the period of start-up and continuing development of modern agriculture promotion in the history of agricultural development in the province for thousands of years,the status and role of the milestone.Especially for the introduction and spread the cultivation of the U.S.tobacco varieties,development sumac,walnut,not ginseng and other industries,is still an important and far-reaching impact.
