婴幼儿奶粉中蛋白质测定的不确定度的评定

摘  要:
建立婴幼儿奶粉中蛋白质含量测定的不确定度方法,以期找出影响不确定度的因素。根据GB/T5009.5-2003建立数学模型,并按照JJF1059-1999中有关规定评估其不确定度。实验结果为:不确定度评估为0.289g/100g,不确定度主要由重复性测定蛋白质的含量引入。

摘  要:
To establish a method about uncertainty evaluation of the measurement of protein content in infant milk powder,the effect factors were find. To find the mathematic model based on GB/T 5009.5-2003,and evaluates the uncertainty according to JJF1059-1999. The result showed that the uncertainty of the test was 0.289 g/100g. It is found that the uncertainty of the experiment is mainly caused by duplicated measuring of protein content in infant milk powder.
