SDE和HE-SPME应用于GC-MS分析香榧假种皮中挥发性成分的比较研究

摘  要:
分别采用同时蒸馏萃取法(SDE)和顶空固相微萃取法(HS-SPME)提取香榧假种皮的挥发性物质,并用气相色谱-质谱法(GC-MS)结合峰面积进行定量分析,结合保留指数进行定性分析。结果表明,2种萃取方法一共检出匹配度达90%以上的挥发性物质成分96种,其中SDE法鉴定出57种,HS-SPME法鉴定出了39种。被检测出的物质中,烯烃类最多,达60种,其次是醇类12种、羧酸和酯类9种,醛酮类3种,其他类型化合物12种。对2种方法各挥发性成分进行分析,结果显示,采用HS-SPME方法的前处理简单、分析时间短且重复性好,适于香榧挥发性成分的快速测定。而将这2种方法综合使用,则能更全面地反映香榧假种皮精油挥发性物质的成分。

摘  要:
The volatile substances in Torreya grandis aril were extracted using the simultaneous distillation and extraction(SDE) and headspace solid phase microextraction(HS-SPME) method. The quantitative analysis was carried out using gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS) combined with the peak area, while the qualitative analysis was conducted using GC-MS combined with the retention index. The results showed that 96 volatile substances with a matched-degree up to 90% were detected by the two extraction methods. Of which, 57 substances were detected by SED and 39 were detected by HS-SPME. Among the detected substances, 60 were alkenes and 12, 9, 3 and 12 were alcohols, carboxylic acids and esters, aldehydes and ketones, and other compounds, respectively. The results suggested that HS-SPME had such advantages as simple pretreatment, short time and better repeatability, indicating it is suitable for a rapid determination of volatiles. However, the combination of the two methods could provide an overall picture of volatile substances in aril of Torreya grandis.
