小型方草捆打捆机压缩机构设计

摘  要:
针对国内现阶段存在的压缩论究不够完善与打捆机设计依据较少等问题,参考国内外秸秆、饲草压缩理论及打捆机研究成果,进行了小方捆打捆机主要结构部件压缩机构和传动机构设计,确定了达到要求草捆密度时所需的最大压缩力以及曲柄的最大转矩等重要参数,并对小方捆打捆机压缩机构和传动机构等主要零部件进行了设计,为后续的打捆机整机设计及其优化研究奠定了基础。

摘  要:
Aiming at the existing at the present stage compression theory research is not perfect enough,bundling machine design basis is less wait for a problem,this article refer to the straw,forage compression theory and bundling machine research results,the small square baler for main structural parts of the compression mechanism and a transmission mechanism design,determines the required bale density when required the maximum compression force and the maximum torque and other important parameters,and the small square baler compressing mechanism and a transmission mechanism and other main components are designed,for the follow-up of the bundling machine design and optimization research foundation.
