Useing neotype resin development-absorbing,acetone-desorption,water diluting to crystallize and acetone-recrystallisation separate the Erythromycin from red streptomycete fermentation scrubber liquid.Study all kinds of influence factors and compare with currently butylacetate-abstraction production flow-sheet.The result shows that the new reshaping resin LX-18 does so well in absorbing the Erythromycin, its adsorption quantity reach 130 ku/mL and the separation for pigmentosus >95%,the Erythromycin concentration by 120~150 ku/mL of acetone-desorption liquid use water diluting to crystallize, then acetone-recrystallisation.After that,it's all physical and chemical indicatrix can gain the pharmacopoeia standard. The crystal mother liquid need to twice adsorbing-recover,and the total yield of Erythromycin can reach 60%~62%.This separation method possesses simple process, high efficiency, low cost and only mild pollution wastewater.
