硝酸钾和硝酸钙对芍药切花水分代谢的影响

摘  要:
该文拟研究不同浓度的硝酸钾和硝酸钙对芍药切花瓶插过程中水分代谢和膜透性的影响,旨在为芍药切花的保鲜技术开发提供理论依据和技术支持。以切花芍药‘春晓’(Paeonia lactiflora‘Chunxiao’)和‘雪山紫玉’(Paeonia lactiflora ‘XueshanZiyu’)为试验材料,采用室内瓶插的方法,在基本瓶插液(2%蔗糖(S)+200mg/L柠檬酸(CA)+200mg/L8-羟基喹琳(8-HQ))中分别添加不同的硝酸钾和硝酸钙,通过对水分平衡值和膜透性的测定,研究其对芍药切花瓶插寿命的影响。硝酸钾和硝酸钙两种物质均提高了芍药切花的吸水能力,缓解了膜透性的变化程度。‘雪山紫玉’以150mg/LKNO3处理效果最好;‘春晓’以200mg/LCa(NO3)2处理效果最好。

摘  要:
This paper was to study the effects of different concentrations of KNO3 and Ca(NO3)2 on water matabolism and membrane permeability of chinese peony cut flower during vase-holding life,and the aim was to provide the theory basis and technology supports for the preservation technique development of chinese peony cut flower. Cut peony (‘Chunxiao’ and ‘XueshanZiyu’) were taken as experiment materimals,and were held in different solutions,which added different concentrations of potassium nitrate and sodium nitrate into the basic vase holding solution (3%S+200mg/L8-HQ+150mg/LCA). The effect on vase life of the cut flower was researched by determining water balance value and relative permeability. The water absorption capacity of cut peony were all improved by potassium nitrate and sodium nitrate,and the change extent of membrane permeability were also got remission. As to ‘XueshanZiyu’,the treatment of 150mg/L KNO3 had the best effect,and to ‘Chunxiao’ ,the effect of 200 mg/L Ca(NO3)2 was the best one.
