无土栽培基质下小白菜不同品种的富硒效果

摘  要:
采用无土栽培基质方式,设3个硒质量浓度处理,以不同品种的小白菜为试验对象,研究小白菜对硒的富集能力。结果表明,供试的3个品种小白菜的富硒效果虽存在差异,但都显著高于常规蔬菜,可作为较理想的人体补硒材料。蔬菜对硒的吸收转化与施硒浓度、施硒次数、品种等有关,针对不同品种的蔬菜,可采用不同的施硒量。

摘  要:
Using the method of soilless culture medium, taking the different varieties of pakchoi as the experimental object, the paper set up 3 selenium concentration treatment, studied the enrichment ability of pakchoi. The results showed that the tested three varieties of pakchoi of selenium enriched effect although were differences, but were significantly higher than that of routine vegetables,could be used as ideal human selenium supplement materials. The absorption and transformation of selenium in vegetables were related to the concentration of selenium, the number of Se, and the variety of varieties. For different varieties of vegetables, can use different amounts of selenium.
