沼气发酵工艺参数对沼气及沼液成分影响的实验研究

摘  要:
本文是结合上海市科委的上海市重大科技攻关项目:崇明岛生物质能循环型应用技术的研究与示范(编号:05dz12010)展开。采用新鲜的猪粪为原料,以崇明前卫村沼气池中上次正常发酵的沼液为接种物,在上海交通大学生物质能研究中心自制的小型沼气发酵装置上发酵产气。同时对发酵过程中的沼液和沼气取样检测。本文对影响沼气发酵的接种物选择进行了研究。实验测定了发酵过程中沼液的全氮、水溶性磷和速效钾含量以及产气量和产气成分,发现使用驯化过的接种物有利于提高沼气产气量和产气中甲烷的含量,并能最大限度的保留沼液中的营养成分。本文通过上述这些研究为沼气的工业生产和市场化运作打下了一定理论基础。

摘  要:
This project was related to the Research of the Cycling Practical Technique of the Biomass in ChongMing Island(No.05dz12010).The paper focused on the inoculation technical parameters of anaerobic fermentation for biogas production.We used swine waste for our fermentation material.We conducted the anaerobic(fermentation) using the fermentation application designed by our own.We measured the total N,dissolved P,available K and the amount and component of the production of the biogas.We found that the use of domesticated inoculation can let the anaerobic fermentation process reach the pinnacle of biogas yield and make minimum rate of losing of total N and available K and maximum rising of dissolved P as well.The project made the contribution to the industrial production of biogas.
