自然生长下喜钙植物、随遇植物和嫌钙植物生理活性特征及钙含量特征的研究

摘  要:
通过对喀斯特喜钙植物云贵鹅耳枥、伞花木、单性木兰以及随遇植物青冈栎和嫌钙植物华山松、油茶自然生长条件下生理活性特征和钙特征进行了初步研究。结果表明,喜钙植物云贵鹅耳枥、伞花木、单性木兰以及随遇植物青冈栎具有相对较高的SOD活性、POD活性、可溶性蛋白含量、脯氨酸含量,而嫌钙植物华山松和油茶相对较低;总钙含量特点是:云贵鹅耳枥、伞花木、单性木兰、青冈栎、油茶各器官总钙含量叶>茎>根;华山松总钙含量根>叶>茎,云贵鹅耳枥、伞花木、单性木兰叶总钙含量显著高于青冈栎、华山松和油茶,而青冈栎叶总钙含量显著高于华山松和油茶。喀斯特喜钙植物在生理活性、钙含量特征与随遇植物、嫌钙植物有着明显的区别,这可能正是喀斯特喜钙植物适应其特殊环境的生理机制,与对照植物相比更适宜生长于富钙的环境。

摘  要:
In order to explore the adaptation mechanism of karst plants in the karst environment, the physiological activity and calcium content of Carpinus pubescens(calciphile), Eurycorymbus cavalerei(calciphile), Kmeria septentrionalis Dandy(calciphile), Cyclobalanopsis glauca(ubiquists) and Pinus kwangtungensis Chen(calcifuge),Camellia oleiferal Abel(calcifuge)under natural growth were studied. The results showed that compared with Pinus kwangtungensis Chen(calcifuge) and Camellia oleiferal Abel(calcifuge), the activities of SOD and POD, soluble protein content and proline content in Carpinus pubescens, Eurycorymbus cavalere, Kmeria septentrionalis Dandy, Cyclobalanopsis glauca were relatively high. For Carpinus pubescens, Eurycorymbus cavalerei, Kmeria septentrionalis Dandy, Cyclobalanopsis glauca and Camellia oleiferal Abel, the total calcium content in the leaves was the highest, followed by stems and roots. While Pinus kwangtungensis Chen' root had the most calcium, followed by stem and leaves. The total calcium content of Carpinus pubescens, Eurycorymbus cavalerei and Kmeria septentrionalis Dandy was significantly higher than that of Cyclobalanopsis glauca, Pinus kwangtungensis Chen and Camellia oleiferal Abel. The physiological activity and calcium content in calciphiles showed significant difference from the ubiquists and calcifuges which might be the physiological mechanism of the calciphiles adaption to the karst environment.
