改性丝素抗凝血材料研究进展及抗凝血原理

摘  要:
丝素蛋白是一种具有良好的机械性能和生物相容性的天然高分子材料,被广泛应用于各类生物医学材料,丝素蛋白抗凝血材料的研究就是其中较为活跃的新兴领域。文章综述了改性丝素抗凝血材料的制备方法及研究进展,重点讨论了硫酸化丝素的制备方法,并分析了改性丝素的抗凝血效果及抗凝血原理,对改性丝素抗凝血材料的发展前景进行了展望。

摘  要:
ilk fibroin,as a good natural macromolecular material with desirable mechanical properties and biocompatibility,is widely used in various kinds of biomedical materials.Research of silk fibroin-based anticoagulant materials represents an active emerging research field.This paper reviews the preparation methods of silk fibroin-based anticoagulant materials and summarizes its progress,with the focus placed on the preparation methods of sulfating fibroin.It analyzes the anticoagulant effect and anticoagulant principle of modified silk fibroins and discusses the prospect of their development.
