山东省花生土著根瘤菌耐盐、耐旱性初步研究

摘  要:
对分离自山东省不同地区58株花生根瘤菌进行NaCl、干旱的耐受性试验。结果表明,山东省花生根瘤菌资源中存在耐盐、耐干旱较强的菌株,且耐受性水平差异较大,但二者之间没有明显关系。山东省花生根瘤菌耐盐耐旱能力呈现多样性,来自同一地区的花生根瘤菌耐盐耐旱能力也呈现多样性。

摘  要:
58 bradyrhizobial strains isolated from the root nodules of peanut in the various regions of Shandong province were used to study the NaCl tolerance and drought tolerance.The results show that there are some peanut rhizobia with superior tolerance to NaCl and drought,but their endurance abilities differ greatly and there are no necessary relation between NaCl-tolerance abilities and drought-tolerance abilities.They had a diverse nature in their NaCl-tolerance and drought-tolerance.
