有限元分析在车辆行驶称重技术中的应用

摘  要:
车辆行驶称重技术是遏止超载的有效手段。为此,介绍了一种便携式车辆行驶称重仪,并建立了有限元模型对其进行了仿真分析。通过在相同初始条件下仿真与试验结果的对比,从理论上验证了开发本称重仪的可行性。通过仿真各种轮荷进行模拟计算,弥补了试验数据的不足,对减少试验次数、提高试验效率、缩短开发周期和提高系统精度有着重要作用。

摘  要:
the technology of Weigh-In-Motion is an effective measure to restrict the overloaded vehicles. In this paper, a portable Weigh-In-Motion System is introduced, and the finite element model of the system is established for simulation and analysis. By comparing the results of experiments with those of the simulation under the same condition, the feasibility of the system has been validated. By simulation and calculation with different wheel load, the deficiency of the test data has been remedied, which plays an important role in decreasing experimental number, improving test efficiency, shortening development cycle and improving system precision.
