宁夏葡萄酒产业的发展优势和问题探讨

摘  要：
根据宁夏葡萄酒产业的发展,从生态条件、人才技术、发展过程等方面对宁夏葡萄酒产业优势进行分析,宁夏有适合于酿酒葡萄生长和发育的气候、土壤和便利的引黄灌溉条件,使贺兰山东麓地区成为我国著名的优质酿酒葡萄酒产区.从品牌、成本、经济等方面对宁夏葡萄酒产业的劣势和存在的问题进行分析,制约因素主要是无著名品牌的支撑,产量较低,成本较高,经济文化落后.通过对宁夏葡萄酒产业优势和问题的探讨,提出培养龙头企业、利用品牌知名度、发展精品、形成特色产区是贺兰山东麓葡萄酒产业发展的根本.

摘  要：
According to the development of wine industry in Ningxia,the advantages and about the development of wine industry in Ningxia were analyzed from the aspects of ecological environment,talents and techniques,and developing progress.Ningxia had suitable climate and soil conditions for growing grapes.Convenient condition of irrigation from Huanghe River enable the eastern foot of Helan Mountain to become the famous area for growing high quality of wine grapes in China.The inferiorities and problems existed about the development of wine industry in Ningxia were analyzed from the aspects of brand,cost and economy.The main restricting factors were no supporting of famous brand,lower output,higher cost and backward economy and culture.The foundation for the development of wine industry at the eastern foot of Helan Mountain was to cultivate the leading enterprises by using notability of brand to develop quality products and form feature area for wine industry.
