松针提取物对断奶仔猪生长性能和血清生化指标的影响

摘  要:
为研究松针提取物对断奶仔猪生长性能和血清生化指标的影响,选取240头(25±1)日龄、体况相近的大白断奶仔猪在同一间猪舍进行饲养试验,试验猪随机分为2组,每组3个重复,每个重复40头猪。对照组饲喂基础饲粮,松针提取物组饲喂基础饲粮+松针提取物500 mg/kg。预试期5 d,正试期45 d。结果表明,与对照组相比,松针提取物组末重和日增重分别显著提高3.0 kg和0.08 kg,料重比显著降低0.14,成活率和保育达标率分别显著提高6.7%和5.8%;Cu-Zn超氧化物歧化酶(Cu-Zn SOD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)、总超氧化物歧化酶(T-SOD)、Mn超氧化物歧化酶(MnSOD)活性以及血清总蛋白(TP)、白蛋白(ALB)、球蛋白(GLO)、谷丙转氨酶(GPT)、谷草转氨酶(GOT)含量分别显著提高14.9%、42.5%、17.9%、55.8%、11.5%、9.5%、39.0%、15.1%和15.8%,丙二醛(MDA)含量显著降低34.6%。说明松针提取物能提高断奶仔猪的生长性能,改善断奶仔猪的血清生化指标。

摘  要:
The feeding test was conducted to evaluate the effect of pine needle PE on the growth performance and serum biochemical indexes of weaned piglets.240 weaned piglets were randomly assigned to 2 groups,each group had 3 repeats.Control group was provided with basic diet,while test group was fed with basic diets added to 500 mg/kg pine needle PE for 45 days after preliminary trial period.The results showed that the average weight and daily gain of test group were higher than control group 3.0 kg and 0.08 kg(P<0.05),feed conversion rate was lower than control group 0.14(P<0.05).The survival rate and conservation compliance rate were higher than control group 6.7% and 5.8%(P <0.05).The content of Cu-Zn SOD,CAT,T-SOD,Mn SOD,TP,ALB,GLO,GPT and GOT in serum of test group were higher than control group 14.9%,42.5%,17.9%,55.8%,11.5%,9.5%,39.0%,15.1% and 15.8% respectively(P<0.05).The content of MDA of test group were lower than control group 34.6%(P<0.05).The conclusion of the test was pine needle PE can effectively improve growth performance and serum biochemical indexes of weaned piglet.
