溴虫腈在蔬菜上残留量的气相色谱法测定

摘  要:
在反复试验的基础上,建立了蔬菜中溴虫腈残留量定量检测的气相色谱法。对分析方法的适合性测定结果表明,样品经乙腈提取,氧化铝柱层析柱净化,用石油醚+丙酮(6∶4,V/V)混合液洗脱,以DB–1701毛细管柱为色谱柱,氮气为载气,气化室温度240℃,检测器温度300℃,柱温150℃(0.2min)程序升温(20℃/min)至260℃(10min),外标法定量,进行GC–ECD测定,方法在0.01~1.0mg/L范围内,得回归方程Y=96705.2X–265.9,相关系数平方r2=0.9999;最小检出量为0.001ng,最低检出浓度0.001mg/L,平均添加回收率为84.6%~98.0%,RSD为2.0%~5.3%。

摘  要:
On the base of repetitive experiments, the gas chromatography was established on the quantitative determination of chlorfenapyr residual content in vegetable. On the suitability of the analysis method, samples were extracted with acetonirile, followed by liquid-liquid partitioning [V(petroleum ether)∶V(acetone)=6∶4] and clean-up in an aluminum oxide colnmn. Analysis was then done by GC-ECD with a DB-1701 capillary column using N2 gas as the carrier, a column temperature of 260℃, and an extenal standard. Vaporization chamber and detector temperatures were 240℃ and 300℃, respectively. The method was fast and accurate with a linear correlation (r2) of 0.999 9 in the range of 0.01 to 1.00 mg/L, the linearity equation was Y=96 705.2 X–265.9, average append recoveries was ranged from 84.6% to 98.0%, RSD was ranged from 2.0% to 5.3%, LOD was 0.001 ng and LOQ was 0.001 mg/kg.
