新型城镇化进程中我国土地节约集约利用问题探讨

摘  要：
随着我国城镇化进程的推进,大量土地资源被浪费,促进土地节约集约利用已刻不容缓。针对目前土地利用存在的具体问题,必须要强化土地节约集约利用的意识和可持续发展理念、完善城市发展和土地利用规划、深化征地制度改革和完善土地税收制度、清理整顿工业园区和开发区的闲置土地、建立健全土地节约集约利用的长效管理机制,以便促进土地节约集约利用,有效提高土地的利用效率。

摘  要：
With the advancement of China's urbanization process,a large amount of land resources are wasted, and it is imperative to promote land conservation and intensive use.In view of the specific problems in the current land use,it is necessary to strengthen the awareness of land conservation and intensive use and the concept of sustainable development,improve urban development and land use planning,deepen the reform of land acquisition system and improve the land tax system,clean up the idle land of industrial parks and development zones,establish and improve a long-term management mechanism for land conservation and intensive use,in order to promote land conservation and intensive use, effectively improve land use efficiency.
