用四氯化硅合成氯代3-甲基吡啶衍生物的新方法

摘  要:
[目的]研发一种采用四氯化硅为氯化剂合成氯代3-甲基吡啶衍生物的方法。[方法]以3-甲基吡啶为原料,先氧化生成3-甲基吡啶-N-氧化物,然后与四氯化硅反应得到3-甲基吡啶氯代产物。[结果]经优化,3-甲基吡啶-N-氧化物转化率达到74.0%,典型的产物组成为4-氯-3-甲基吡啶45.0%、2-氯-3-甲基吡啶28.8%、2-氯-5-甲基吡啶19.8%及3-氯-5-甲基吡啶6.3%。[结论]用四氯化硅替代三氯氧磷来合成氯代3-甲基吡啶衍生物的方法是可行的,副产物对环境的影响较小,具有潜在的应用价值。

摘  要:
The paper aims to explore a novel synthetic method of chloro-3-methylpyridine derivatives using silicon tetrachloride as catalyst.[Methods] Chloro-3-methylpyridine derivatives were synthesized from 3-methylpyridine via oxidization and then chlorination with silicon tetrachloride.[Results] The percent conversion of 3-methylpyridine-N-oxide reached 74%.A typical product is composed of 4-chloro-3-methylpyridine 45.0%,2-chloro-3-methylpyridine 28.8%,2-chloro-5-methylpyridine 19.8% and 3-chloro-5-methylpyridine 6.3%.[Conclusions] It is practical to synthesizing chloro-3-methylpyridine derivatives using silicon tetrachloride to replace phosphorus oxychloride.The by-products have less environmental effect.The new method has a potential application value.
