在全球信息化、知识经济占主导地位的今天,知识管理是最新型的管理思想和管理方法。文章介绍了知识管理的概念和内涵,指出知识创新是图书馆知识管理的根本动力,提出图书馆在进行知识管理的过程中,管理体制创新是保障、制度创新是前提、技术创新是核心和基础等观点。

摘  要：
Today, global trend of information and knowledge economy is dominated. Knowledge management is the latest thought and method in the field. The paper introduces the concept and contents of the idea, and analyzes that economic innovation is the fundamental energy for knowledge management in libraries. Meanwhile, it puts forward the viewpoints that during the process of knowledge management, management system innovation is the guarantee; system innovation is the precondition; technological innovation is the nucleus and basis.
