水蓼杀虫活性成分的提取与活性

摘  要：
采用回流提取、萃取等方法,以菜青虫5龄幼虫为试虫,经生物活性测定表明,水蓼95%乙醇粗提物的不同溶剂萃取物对菜青虫具有很强的拒食活性和一定的触杀作用。其中,乙醚萃取物的拒食活性和触杀作用最强。

摘  要：
Two extraction methods and four solvents were selected to obtain extracts from the whole plant of Polygonum hydropiper L.by reflux extraction.The bioactivity of the extracts against the 5th instar larvae of Pieris rapae L.was investigated.The results showed that the extracted by different solvents had high antifeeding effects and contact toxicity against Pieris rapae L.In these extracts,the ether extract of PHEE had the strongest biological activity.
