制粒机传动系统扭矩试验及分析

摘  要:
环模制粒机传动系统的皮带传动和同步带传动一般是双驱动的方式,由两个电机同时对制粒机主轴进行驱动。关于两种传动方式的优劣,并没有具体的定论。文章通过应变式扭矩测量法分析两种传动方式的优缺点,研究传动电机轴载荷的影响情况,为制粒机节能降耗提供依据。结果表明:喂料频率对同步带传动的影响不大,而皮带传动对喂料频率比较敏感。对于两种传动方式,两电机的瞬时负载差异并未随负载的增大而消除,平均差异在10%左右。皮带传动在满载时瞬态同步性更好,同步带相对于皮带传动没有明显的优势,选择皮带传动可以降低成本。

The belt drive and timing belt drive of the ring-die pellet mill drive system are generally double-drive, with two motors simultaneously driving the pellet mill spindle. There are no specific conclusions about the advantages and disadvantages of the two transmission methods. In this paper, the strain-type torque measurement method was used to analyze the advantages and disadvantages of the two transmission modes, and the influence of the shaft load of the transmission motor was studied to provide a basis for energy saving and emission reduction of the pellet mill. The results showed that the feed frequency has little effect on the timing belt drive, and the belt drive was sensitive to the feed frequency. For the two transmission modes, the instantaneous load difference between the two motors has not eliminated with the increase of the load, and the average difference was about 10%. The belt drive has better transient synchronism at full load, and the timing belt has no distinct advantage over the belt drive. Selecting the belt drive can reduce the cost.
