不同杀菌剂对万寿菊种子的消毒效果及发芽影响

摘  要:
为探索较佳的万寿菊种子消毒方法,比较不同杀菌剂与不同消毒方法对万寿菊种子的消毒效果,并检测不同药剂与使用方法对种子发芽的影响。试验结果表明,浸种方法消毒效果要明显优于拌种方法。嘧菌酯1 800倍稀释液浸种对链格孢(Alternaria spp.)的杀菌效果较佳,杀菌率为96.65%,滤纸催芽方法发芽率为77.62%;拌种方法中,药剂卫福与种子按1∶300拌种处理,对链格孢的杀菌率为63.19%,滤纸催芽发芽率为83.64%;53℃温水浸种10 min对链格孢杀菌率为70.26%,滤纸催芽发芽率为76.71%。

摘  要:
In order to explore effective methods for Tagetes erecta seed disinfection,the disinfection effect of different fungicides and disinfection methods on Tagetes erecta seed was evaluated,and germination rate of different fungicides and disinfection methods were determined through laboratory bioassays.The result showed that the effect of seed soaking was better than seed dressing.The disinfection effect of Azoxystrobin(1 800 dilution) was the best(96.65%) by seed soaking for controlling Alternaria spp.,and the germination rate were 77.62% through wet fliter paper.The seed dressing ratio of vitavax, was 1∶300, and the disinfection effect of Alternaria spp. was 63.19%.While the germination rate of this method was 83.64% through wet fliter paper.The disinfection effect of seed soaking in lukewarm water(53 ℃,10 min) was 70.26%, and the germination rate of this method was 76.71% through wet fliter paper.Azoxystrobin(1 800 dilution) soaking seed showed better results than other treatments.
