化学计量学辅助紫外分光光度法同时测定依诺沙星和环丙沙星

摘  要:
在pH6.5的HAC-NaAc缓冲溶液中,铝能分别与依诺沙星(ENX)和环丙沙星(CPLX)形成络合物,其λmax分别为267nm和276nm,两者紫外吸收光谱严重重叠;本文用偏最小二乘法辅助紫外分光光度法法不经分离,同时测定了模拟样中依诺沙星和环丙沙星,ENX和CPLX的平均回收率分别达98.5%和99.9%,相对标准偏差RSD分别为2.5%和3.5%。

摘  要:
The presenting Al3+ can form complex with either enoxacin or ciprofloxacin in the HAc-NaAc buffer slution of pH 6.5,and two seriously overlapped absorption peaks are detectable at the maximal wavelength of 267 nm and 276 nm.The molar absorptivities are 5.6×103 L·mol-1·cm-1,5.8×103 L·mol-1·cm-1 respectively.A simulated system of simultaneous determination of enoxacin and ciprofloxacin by ultraviolet spectrophotometry based on Partial Least Squares(PLS)method was developed in this paper.It provides a sensitive,rapid,simple and accurate measurement of simultaneous determination of enoxacin and ciprofloxacin.
