放牧和封育对滇西北亚高山草甸土壤养分及微生物特性的影响

摘  要:
【目的】为探讨封育能否有效促进退化亚高山草甸土壤养分及生物学活性的提高。【方法】选取滇西北亚高山草甸典型放牧样地(FG)、4年生长季封育+非生长季放牧样地(SF)、4年全年封育样地(TF)以及20年生长季封育+季末割草样地(FM)为研究对象,开展放牧和封育对滇西北亚高山草甸土壤微生物特性的影响研究。【结果】与自由放牧相比,封育后亚高山草甸土壤有机碳、速效N、速效P含量显著增加,土壤速效K含量显著降低;土壤细菌、放线菌数量显著降低,真菌数量显著增加,土壤微生物总数显著降低,土壤微生物量C、N含量显著增加。【结论】与自由放牧相比,封育可显著促进亚高山草甸土壤有机碳、速效N、速效P和微生物量C、N的含量。本项研究成果可为中国生态脆弱地区草原适宜性管理策略及草原合理利用的对策制定提供指导。

摘  要:
[Purpose]Our aim was to discuss whether fencing can promote the increase of soil biological activities in sub-alpine meadow. [Method]The free grazing plot,4 years of seasonal fencing plot,4 years of totally fencing plot and 20 years of seasonal fencing and mowing plot of sub-alpine meadow in northwestern of Yunnan were selected,and the effects of grazing and fencing on soil biological characteristics were researched in this study. [Results]Compared with free grazing,the soil organic carbon,available N and P increased and the available K decreased significantly,the number of soil bacteria and actinomycetes decreased,the number of fungi increased,and the total microorganisms decreasedsignificantly,and the soil microbial biomass carbon and nitrogen increased significantly at the same time. [Conclusion]Compared with free grazing,fencing can promote the increase of soil organic carbon,available N,available P and soil microbial biomass carbon and nitrogen. The results of this study can provide guidance for the formulation of suitable management strategy and the rational utilization of grassland in China's ecological fragile areas.
